About the Course

Dr.Swami Gitananda Giri Guru Maharaj ji describes Mantra as a tool of the mind, which is derived from a Sanskrit term mantra, which means holding a higher place for the mind to resonate and reverberate with the cosmic energies. Mantras are sacred sound formulas invoked in Sanskrit that help us tune in with subtle frequencies whose resonance brings about a state of calmness, steadiness and clarity in thought, word and action.
