About the Course
This course based on Dr Ananda's most popular book, "A Primer of Yoga Theory". The course consists of 15 sessions, each lasting around two hours. The course aims to maintain the cultural context of yoga, ensuring it is not reduced to just asanas, but understood in its broader philosophical and practical framework. It covers various yoga concepts, including various definitions, asanas, pranayama, yoga texts, and the role of yoga in modern times and Yoga therapy. In this course, participants will receive a free eBook of "A Primer of Yoga Theory."
People who will enroll in this course, after successfully completing it, have to undergo a quiz of a set of multiple choice questions. On the basis of performance in the quiz/test, you will receive a CERTIFICATE OF MERIT on passing this quiz/test with minimum 50%.
